Ms. Tamanaha worked at Tansei Mall Management Co., Ltd. (currently JLL Retail Management Co., Ltd.) from 2006. After working as an account and contract manager in property management of securitized real estate properties, she was engaged in

・commercial consulting services such as formulation of operation management plan
・research on commercial facility (sales) market

She also worked for Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. from 2018. She was a member of the project team “GOAL” which was across group companies. Specializing in logistics management (facility logistics design) in large-scale complex buildings, she has engaged in
・improving the efficiency of logistics services in the last mile
・optimizing cargo handling areas and logistics flow lines in the building
・consulting services from both hardware and software perspectives that optimize logistics functions at the architectural design stage
The strength of her was not only to improving logistics efficiency, but also in designing logistics systems that optimize the entire facility from the perspective of property management in multi-purpose complex facilities.

She graduated from Chuo University, Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science with a BA degree in 2000.
