Background

1980: Graduated from Kyushu University, Faculty of Law.
1980: Joined JGC Corporation. Assigned to the Legal Department, engaged in drafting and reviewing various domestic and international contracts, and worked as a project legal advisor for plant construction projects. Later, involved in large-scale overseas projects as a project coordinator.
2002: Joined U-CAN, Inc. Responsible for hiring, training, and managing instructors as the chief instructor for various national exam courses, as well as developing new courses. Later transferred to the research and development department, engaged in the latest educational technology and brain function research. Also assigned to a development project for educational mobile IT tools.
2012: Founded Ebbinghaus Technology, Inc. Established a startup to commercialize brain function research into software and provide corporate training and consulting services in the IT field, and assumed the position of CEO. Advanced various experiments and research in the field of brain functions, developed a dedicated system, and registered a trademark.
2016: Joined Nittsu Research Institute and Consulting, Inc. (at the time) After working in the human resource development and technology departments, took charge of AI/DX strategy with the launch of the logistics AI consulting department in 2019. Subsequently, began publishing original ideas in the AI/DX field on a blog, which attracted the interest of newspapers, publishers, and various organizations. From around autumn 2021, received numerous requests for contributions, interviews, and lectures. With the release of ChatGPT in November 2022 as a turning point, started conveying strategies for corporate survival and supporting the implementation of these strategies (strategy and roadmap formulation) to many corporate executives and senior employees under the unique perspective of “AI Industrial Revolution and Corporate Activity Phase Transition.”
