Mainly engaged in research and studies on changes in the business environment in the trucking business, labor and safety issues, and logistics efficiency measures.
He has also been involved in research on urban logistics issues, social experiments on parking measures for freight vehicles in various regions, comparative surveys of logistics environments with other countries, research and studies related to logistics in Asia, and after the Great East Japan Earthquake, he has been involved in surveys on the actual situation of emergency material transportation and its future state, as well as the formulation of guidelines for the formulation of BCPs for the logistics industry.
In recent years, he has also been in charge of advising and consulting on improving logistics sites in order to reform working styles, such as reducing the working hours of truck drivers.
