Background
1989: Completed the Master’s program at the Graduate School of Economics, Waseda University.
1989: Joined Nittsu Research Institute and Consulting, Inc. Engaged in tasks such as economic trend analysis and forecasting, cargo transport volume trend analysis and forecasting, and the formulation of logistics plans including the development of logistics infrastructure such as roads, ports, and airports, commissioned by government agencies, industry associations, and private companies.
1996-2000: Part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Aoyama Gakuin University.
From1997: Member of the Examination Committee for the Business Career Certification Examination of the Japan Vocational Ability Development Association.
2002-2007: Part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Hiroshima University of Economics.
2008-2009: Part-time lecturer at the Graduate School of Policy Science, Hosei University.
2008: Temporary member of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s “Study Group on Future Traffic Demand Forecasting for Roads.”
