Background

Mr. Bando joined NXLRIC in 2022
He is currently responsible for sales, marketing and customer support of Logitan, NXLRIC’s smart device tool to digitize warehouse operations, in eastern Japan. With his extensive international and domestics experiences in sales, research and marketing, he has been rapidly expanding customer base, not only for Logitan, but also for consulting services.

Prior to NXLRIC, He worked at Nittsu Shoji Co., Ltd. (at that time)
Engaged in leasing sales in Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, Thailand, Saitama (Northern Kanto), and Sendai. He developed new customers by matching diverse users and suppliers regardless of type of business or industry, such as logistics equipment, automobiles, material handling vehicles, manufacturing lines, information systems, and medical equipment. In particular, he was familiar with the material handling vehicle industry such as forklifts, built relationships of trust with stakeholders in various places, and supported capital investment.

In 2013, he was seconded to Nittsu Shoji Leasing (Thailand). Participated in the establishment of a local subsidiary in Thailand and engaged in business development.
In 2015, Nittsu Shoji (Thailand) South Asia Regional Sales Department seconded
Engaged in research and marketing of leasing business and distribution equipment sales business in Thailand and neighboring countries. (Area in charge: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar) Based on information gathering from local law firms, accounting firms, banks, etc. in each country, he provided sales consulting and contract drafting advisory services for group companies.
After returning to Japan in 2018, he led the team as a leasing sales manager in Saitama (Northern Kanto) and Sendai. And he supported client’s DX promotion by conducting IoT solution sales.
