2000
Hosoyamada joined Nissin Corporation, where he primarily handled customs clearance for imports and exports across various industries, including apparel, general merchandise, food (alcoholic beverages), and machinery. He also gained experience in customs operations in China (Shanghai), managing local export/import declarations, tariff payments, and refund procedures.

2006
Joined Macnica, Inc., where he worked in the Product Marketing Department. His responsibilities included marketing and sales of semiconductors and electronic components to major electronics manufacturers.

2007
Joined Nittsu Research Institute and Consulting, Inc. (as it was then known). In addition to providing domestic logistics consulting services, such as promoting modal shift and supporting joint logistics and distribution initiatives, he was deeply involved in numerous projects overseas. These included logistics research, trial transportation support, and feasibility studies for entering local markets.
